Posted by Tipu Sultan on I can still remember my childhood very much. I was born in a village in the district of Shariatpur where I passed my childhood. Many things happened in my childhood days; but I cannot remember all of them. I can remember the happy days with my parents. I often played with my mother. She was my best friend and companion. My education began with a picture book. I could not forget the very first day at school. My heart began to beat faster when I was taken to the Headmaster.

But his smiling face and gentle words endeared him to me. The teachers were all very affectionate. My classmates were very friendly. I was a smart boy. I was extrovert in nature. Even though this was just a memory I could hear the melodious singing of the birds all day. Once again, I could smell the frangranced sent of the large roses that bloomed near to the garden. Before I got off the swing I looked up to the tree and saw the soft, yellow poui petals greeting my face. Some of the tiny blossoms gracefully fell at my feet.

I grabbed a handful and through it up in the air. I saw the vision of myself greeting the gardener, who gave me roses to put in the vase. John I still remember still have many wonderful memories from when I was young. From the age of eight I lived with my grandparents because my parents were busy with their business. My grandparents what about saying We all? At the back, though, my grandmother had planted a number of vegetables for our consumption. There was also a chicken coop and a barn for the cows. I used to play soldiers, police and thief native speakers would say "cops and robbers" , and hide and seek with my playmates all around grandfather's land.

My grandfather taught me about plants and how to look after them. He also planted many kind s of fruit trees such as rambutan,papaya,durian,mangosteen and guava. My grandmother was a good cook and I remember hanging around the kitchen to help. Back then, we seldom watched television because we were just busy having fun and doing other things.

I really had a great time staying living with my grandparents. I used to wish that those moments would never end would last forever. I will always cherish those beautiful memories of my childhood.
